Courthouses are facing this prospect as they attempt to maintain decorum in courtrooms. While many courthouses have media access rules defining media and who may photograph/videotape in a courtroom, not many have defined electronic media (bloggers, et. al) and developed procedures that address cameraphones in a courtroom.
