This presentation introduced social media tools to court public information officers this morning. I highlighted the use of certain tools, discussed the communication advantages some of the tools offer, encouraged the audience to think about strategy before implementing a tool and talked about specific tactics.
The discussion eventually explored the use of Twitter and Facebook by jurors and how this presents a problem for courts and judges.
