Bloggers: Can They Use Press Shield?
A decision in a Nevada court case could decide if web site editors, bloggers and citizen journalists can use the state’s shield law that protects mainstream journalists.?Ç Robert Lewis, a reviewer for a golf website, plans to use Nevada’s shield law to assert he is a journalist who just happens to use the Internet as his publishing medium.?Ç The following comes from The Movable Buffet:
